Thank you William. Sounds interesting. I've set it to record. It's channel 457 on the Sky box if anyone is interested

Caught the last half, very good. A bit of very doubtful stuff by the genealogist about islanders being evicted to make way for black-cattle. Folk & their cattle were cleared all across the Highlands to make way for sheep!

Skoosh.

Managed to catch most of this. Some interesting bits about the Lancastria disaster, always a difficult subject when relatives are involved and fact and fiction can get confused A useful start and I'll watch again to see how it progresses.

I thought it was pretty good. Ordinary people with stories very like our own was a nice alternative to celebrities. Not much on "how to use sources", but interesting snippets. It moved along very briskly.  The tree and artwork were nice additions.   Also couldn't fail to notice how much it showcased Glasgow and Dundee - just in time for summer visitors.
NEILSON - Erskine/Bishopton, Renfrewshire and Glasgow
BROWN - Hamilton, Lanarkshire
CAIRNS - Hamilton, Lanarkshire
FINDLAY - Kirriemuir area, Forfarshire/Angus
PORTER - Tobermore, Derry, Ireland
