Latin Will 1503- leaving him a mine?

Hi,

I this snippet from a Will that I have almost completed translating.  However, there is this snippet that I am not quite able to read clearly enough.  I'm fairly certain that the beneficiary is not receiving a mine or two of something else, also which I cannot read.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

Sorry I can’t help, but I suspect that anyone who can might ask for a slightly larger sample of the surrounding writing.  You seem to have sliced off a few bits of the letters in your snip.

It is permissible to provide a few lines either side - some people put a little red arrow or similar beside the line or lines they require help with.

As Ruskie has said, it would be very much easier if you would post larger extracts. Please resist trimming around individual lines like this. At least one full line above and below should be shown, to help distinguish between contraction marks and descenders/ascenders of other letters above or below.

Bookbox, simply amazing.  You've cracked this one as well.  I was having difficulty with the word s[e]c[un]dam as the flourish of the "I" below it was covering the second letter.  Likewise the word "eguos" was giving me some problems.  Logically, I was telling myself it was horses but the word "eguos" doesn't exist in Latin, so not 100% certain on that word.  An iron-bound cart makes much more sense than an iron mine!
