How interesting. A few of mine are buried there.

I presume they have received professional advice regarding cleaning methods and materials used so as to not damage the stones.  :)

Errrr ... did the Cemetery Trust  understand what the volunteers would be actually doing to the monuments ...

I wonder what they have in those spray bottles. Whatever it is it seems to be "melting" the grime on the stones.

I originally thought it was a nice idea, but I am not so sure after watching that video. Someone was going hard at a marble monument with what looks like a metal brush.  :(

The surface of some of those old stones must be very delicate. You would hope there is training for volunteers rather than it just being a free for all.

Slightly concerning ....
