I am trying to find a record of her birth.
It is thought that her parents were William Chandler and mothers name may be Mary Kedge.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

You probably know that there's a marriage for William and a Mary Kedge, in November 1764, in Denham...
There are actually oodles of Williams Chandler marrying various Marys in the 1760s/70s/80s, are you certain this one is the right lady? It does seem she may have been a bit mature by the time Ann was born?
Hope she is the right one.

Mary KEDGE 27 March 1747, Denham to JOHN/SARAH
Would make her 17 in 1764.
F'S has only 3 christening Denham to a William/Mary Chandler;
William 1771
Elizabeth 1772
John 1783

So if the right couple Mary would be 36 when John was born.

Can you find other children Rosie?

There is a Nathanael buried 24 June 1804 Denham, Son of Wm/Mary
