Thank you for your replies, your correct in that there was a previous post. I have resumed searching, hoping for some new leads or information.
The Lily/William post about marriage could be something, the witness Charles and Sarah are Lilla Emma Lodge's parents. Could the Walter I'm looking for in fact then be a tribe??

I really hope that I can with help figure out the missing pieces of the puzzle. It's so frustrating.
Is there information that can be obtained from South Wakes Borderers and army number, I have his records that can be attached if it helps.
