Where is Louisa in 1841?

added possibly the 9 yr old F.S. for Rowland PRATT at Ashbourne?

I'm afraid this is my first venture into the criminal world, I've had poachers before but this is different.
I have had a few base born children in my ancestors but I've always found them in the family census, and their parents were semi law abiding. Lol.
I'm going yo have to slam the beakesbon for a few hours and do something.

What I have got from find my past...
Louisa Elks
Born: 4th March 1831 in Alton, Birmingham
Baptised 4th September 1831 st John's Alton
Daughter of James Elks and Ann Shaw

1851 in "Mammerton", in the village of Ramshorn, Longford.
Louisa Elks aged 21 a house servant

Newspaper DERBYSHIRE Advertiser 16th September 1853
Louisa Elks of Rochester, obtaining goods under false presencesfrom Michael Deaville, draper
"The same Louisa Elks vs Richard Whitehurst of Rochester an order of bastardy, order made for 1s 3d a week, on account of the girls imprudence.

Newspaper  the Stafford advertiser  saturday 29th october1853
Obtaining from William bunting at uttoxeter goods value £3 8s also mentions Michael Deaville

Prison record Stafford 17th October 1853 fraud 3 months
Prison record Stafford 7 March 1854 fraud 6 months
Prison record Stafford 29th November 1854 12 months

 A quick scan has found 1 Louisa Elks
1841 census " Ellastone, Staffordshire
Charles Hall age 25 old , sawyer
Louisa Elks aged 9 farm servant
Both born In this county

That is the one I think is right and I posted it on the other thread together with the 1851 you have now posted.
They are both in the same area.

It wouldn ‘t be much of a life being a 9yr old servant.

Just pointing this out to avoid any confusion.  It is Rocester (between Uttoxeter and Alton) not Rochester which is in Kent  ;)

I have found a younger brother for Louisa called Reuben ,  in 1861, as a farm servant, the family is called Orpe. A few tears earlier Louisa worked for them,  apparently she disappeared from their house for a week ( apparently ill). So Mrs orpe took her to court
