Help needed with Occupation and Address please.

Just received a marriage certificate dated 1941. The image is not brilliant but it is the best I can achieve after several attempts of trying to make it more legible.

I am struggling to decipher the profession and the address. Can anyone help translate them for me please.

Wow............didn`t think I would get a reply that quickly but thank you very much Creasegirl, Gadget, IgorStrav, JenB and Rosinish.  ;D ;D

For some reason I had Westbourne in my mind for the address as I had ancestors who lived there but it is Westbourne Street there is no Westbourne Road in Leicester hence the reason for the original post.

As for the profession I was completely lost, so thank you all very much for taking the time to reply, greatly appreciated. Now off to update my family tree  ;D ;D
