Hannah Ayton birth record

I am looking for the birth record of my GGGGrandmother Hannah Ayton born about 1778, according to the 1851 Census, in Halesworth, Suffolk. Any offer to look for the record would be much appreciated.

You're not going to find a birth record, as these didn't exist until Civil Registration began in July 1837.

Your best hope is for a Christening record - if she was christened.
Also depends on the religious denomination of her parents.
(E.G. Baptists only baptised adults; Methodist records are to be found in other places)

Was Ayton her maiden name?

Married name appears to be Wittow/ Witton per 1851 entry

Sorry KGarrad, I worded my lookup request badly. I was hoping that someone could lookup the  Halesworth church records for a Christening of Hannah Ayton about 1778. Yes, Ayton was her maiden name and W(h)itton was her married name.
