IrishGenealogy.ie does not appear to have the birth of Millicent McKeown in 1912.

However GRONI has it.
U/1948/182/1022/37/480  Millicent McKeown 19th February 1912   Female   Stevens    Magherafelt

The birth record for Millicent McKeown is available via GRONI online at the following link, and choosing the "full" option (5 credits £2.50) lets you see the digitised image of the original:

Thank you KG. It is amazing how it is mirroring my family of Bateman Turner (I am yet to link the McKeown's back to them). They are mostly Teachers!. My first Bateman in Michael Joseph Bateman born circa 1814 who married in Helvick, Waterford to Ann Beville. Their daughter Melicina Bateman married William Turner in Northern Ireland (both teachers) in 1867. I am missing a piece of the puzzle and I have all the children of Melicina and William and who they married and their children and I cannot find a McKeown.  Possibly another Bateman and Turner marriage happened that links into McKeown which is not in my tree  ??? ??? The name Millicent however is my late grandmother's name, so there are a LOT of similarities in the trees which frustratingly I am unable to connect :'( :'(
