Finding The Connolly family manchester Dublin Lancashire 1964-?

My name is James Michael Connolly .I was born 9-29-64 in Manchester or Lancashire and adopted and taken to Toronto, Canada. I see on here there is quite an interest in my family from Manchester. I have done a DNA test and have Manchester and Dublin parents or Grandparents. I am sure i have family still in this region which would be descendants of Dublin,Manchester and Lancashire. i was wondering if anyone out there would be able to show me the steps in finding members of my family born after 1964 as my mother was so young I am sure she had other children after me.

I assume that means 29th September 1964. It's a different way round to how it would be in Britain. Best to name the month and century to avoid confusion.
