The earliest rolls on Ancestry.com.au for Qld are from 1903. There are variations in spelling inc. Rauchle, Reichel.

This is a confusing family.  Carl died Rauchle in 1919 at Leyburn.

Naturalisations, many with images, are on the National Archives of Australia website. If you find that yours does not have an image, you may be able to request that they digitise it, but I think there is a cost for this.

There are two Qld State Archive 1873 Naturalization Registrations for Carl, with slightly different surnames.

Microfilm Z2202, ID 19685, page 1629, 1873, Carl RENCHLE

Microfilm Z7914 ID 19544, page 1629, 1873, Carl REICHLE

The Naturalization films were and probably still are public access microfilms so if you ring the duty archivist they might have a quick look at the entries on the two films for you and see why there are two registrations and hopefully answer the 7th November 1873 question.
