No notifications - help please

I think I may have (for the second time!) inadvertently shut of all notifications although my profile doesn't say so.  I know I can keep up with the New Replies button but I do like notifications, makes me feel wanted!

Would the clever folk at the helm delve around and see what I may have done please.

If so, go to it and hit Notify.

Select (your) "Profile"     
(Modify Profile) select "email notifications"     


Ensure "turn on . . . . ."  is set     
Next dropdown select something like "Instantly" ?     
Next dropdown select something like "all . . . . ." ?

Hi Max,

The last email notification that went through had been on the 29th May, after this the next one "bounced" which is not that unusual normally it will try again and it goes through but for some reason your email service provider then decided to carry on dropping the notifications - I have now cleared this for you. You should be receiving the notifications coming through now.

Ray, thanks for your interest but as you see the problem lay elsewhere and now that Sarah has been round with the lads with the baseball bats my email provider (I use the term loosely) has seen the light.
