finding out the parents names

1891 is a mixture of Gammon - transcribed as Gammell - and Gibbs including a Walter.  Will list for perusal.

 is that Arthur Walter age 19 not on 1901 with the Gammons rather than the 1891 ? I just found a school record for an Arthur Walter Gibbs age 9 same birth date same area so he was definitely a Gibbs by then if he was born Gammon something must have happened in the interim 9 year period, I'm so confused folks but you are all brilliant loving all the help as the old saying goes loads of heads are always better than one confused one, (or words to that affect) lol

would it make sense if he was brought up by a Gibbs aunt who married a Gammon

Or do I mean a Gammon Aunt sister of Ellens mother

Did the school record list a parent .? Tho this could be whoever accompanied him to school that day .

No unfortunately it didn't list a parent just a date of birth name and age frustratingly it mentions the school he was in prior to that but I dunno if the records for it would be available?

So the date of birth from the school record is crucial then.  If this Arthur Walter Gammon has the same exact date of birth then surely it must be the same person but again I'm afraid that can only be found out from the certificate
