Looking for parents, the marriage of Alexander Ewing Fleming and Henrietta Upjohn Silk at Kandy (date unknown, but in the range 1867-1897) from Sandra’s linked site looks promising.

Possibly another sister?

In April 1900 a Miss Elsie Fleming, daughter of Mr A.E. Fleming, manager of Messrs Walker Sons & Company Ltd of Kandy, was bridesmaid at a (non-family) wedding at the Scots Kirk, Kandy.
