Lomax Dieroff marriage... possibly early 1920s
« on: Monday 03 June 19 10:17 BST (UK) »
I’ve been completely side tracked by a chance view of a 1939 family
Nothing to do with me lol, but it’s got me puzzled, as happens.  Can anyone see the marriage that might be the parents of these children

Births Mar 1925   (>99%)
Lomax    Jean R L    Dieroff    St.Geo.H.Sq.    1a   561

In 1939 Jean is with a family whose surname is LYNCH.
A daughter of the LYNCH couple has a married surname of WARREN

Births Mar 1927   (>99%)
Lomax    David L    Dieroff    Wandsworth    1d   801

Births Dec 1928   (>99%)
Lomax    Diana    Dieroff    Hammersmith    1a   219
I think Diana is at school in Essex in 1939

Births Jun 1933   (>99%)
Lomax    Michael J    Dieroff    Uxbridge    3a   99

Births Sep 1936   (>99%)

Frank Pitkin may have died almost immediately after the marriage, aged 25, Mar qtr 1921 Wandsworth.

Frank’s father (another Frank Pitkin) had also died young (in Luton, 1895 aged 34) so perhaps there was some inherited condition.

Henry Latour Lomax may have been Australian- if so he was a bit older than his English death registration suggests.

Born: 1880 Morpeth, NSW
Married: 1902 Glebe, NSW to Amy Hogue
Arrested & re-absconded: 1909, on a warrant for obtaining goods by false pretences
Divorced: 1909 NSW, having deserted Amy in 1905.
