Submitted 9 corrections so far, one an age correction, 4 missing entries, 3 error in entries.
One was said to be correct but I persevered and resubmitted the query and pointed out there were two people of the same name and district on freeBMD and there was one missing in their index. Got it corrected that time.
2 were in the death indexes including of course the age one.
Not impressed by the initial response to the one I had to put in twice.

If you compare some of the rest of page 3b 10, all of them appear to be missing.

Lost Cousins founder Peter Calver has tried to bring this to the GRO's attention, but with limited success:
http://www.whodoyouthinkyouaremagazine.com/news/home-office-responds-after-genealogy-blogger-finds-records-are-missing-gro-indexes

And here's the original Lost Cousins newsletters:
https://www.lostcousins.com/newsletters2/midnov18news.htm#GRO
https://www.lostcousins.com/newsletters2/endnov18news.htm#GRO
https://www.lostcousins.com/newsletters2/jan19news.htm#GROmissing

It would appear that page 10 is not in isolation, I can't immediately see entries on several pages before that either.

You are not alone!
This problem seems to be worse than I imagined, at least 1/3 of the last 10 or so records I have looked up have not been there.
