Where and when did she die, and in what name?

Thanks for all the responses so far. I have attached the death certificate. It does state her place of birth was in Johannesburg South Africa, but this information may be incorrect, as my father did tell me that she was from Wales.

She died in Johannesburg in 1944, not long after my father was born.

Hi, yes. This is indeed the record I found and then added the information to my Family Search profile. Johan Amadeus Jonker was my dad, and Sebastian who was 7 when Honora died was his elder brother. Both have since passed on.
