Military College Edinburgh

I am researching my ancestor Sir William Ogilvie (1808-61). His obituary from New Zealand state he attended military collage Edinburgh after attending school at Westminster.

I'm having trouble finding details of the college to find if there would still be an records of William, hope someone can help?

Yes that does look like the most likely option but it don't look like the records were kept after it was demolished in the 1860s or at least I can't find any.

I too have wondered about the military school in Edinburgh. Have searched these Ogilvies for years. I am descended from a sister of this William's father, also William. Would be very interested in making contact. I am in touch with a descendant of William's sister, Jane who went to the USA.
