Before sharing my ggg grandfather's naval records from 1806 to 1852 I would like to hear from others who may have recorded,in detail,their Royal Navy family from a similar period.
I have spent many years documenting same from the HMS Surinam(1806) to the HMS Minden(1852).
My research has come from many areas such as:National Maritime Museum,Ministry of Defence,Private Record Researcherhs from Kent,marriage documents and recently 21 pages of detailed documents from TNA/Kew,London.
