For any not found in Celbridge all you can do is put name in, no District, and tick Marriages and Deaths .....or maybe look for them on Census

Harry T Simpson died 1917 in Massachussetts i suspect this may be Theophelius

whoever gave the death information seemed to know his father was English and mother Irish

When Hannah died 1904 the informant was a daughter Rebecca

I'd say Rebecca is her daughter in law as per the 1901 census.

Rebecca who was informant on Hannah's death may have been her daughter in law Rebecca Stephenson
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:Q292-1TSY

they had a son Louis Jnr born 1904 in Celbridge

Some of the children appeared to have married RC which wouldn't be unusual in Ireland.

Earlier records show the family in Clonshambo/Clonshanbo spelling varies which is why Emma's marriage is showing the RC parish of Kilcock https://registers.nli.ie/parishes/0708

Trying to locate my great great grandparents and their ancestors. I have a family bible but am confused in that the name at the top of the family page isn’t that of my great great grandmother. I know from death certificates that my great great grand mother was Hannah simpson(maiden name Smith) who was married to Benjamin John Simpson.  14 children are listed but the name at the top is Harriet Mcallister. The Bible was made in Edinburgh Scotland but my ancestors came from possibly Kildare Ireland, my great great grandparents may halve been born around 1820 possibly around celbridge Ireland for my great great grandfather Benjamin John Simpson and my great great grandmother may have been born around Kildare Ireland’s. Trying to figure out where Harriet mcallister fits in?
It wasn't uncommon to purchase a previously owned Bible and then start using it to record your own family events. W have on in OH's family which seems to have belong to grandfather who possibly purchased it at an auction with other items (although never added any details of his family).
Go back and study the entries in the Bible you have. Are they all in the same hand? Are all the birth (and all deaths, all marriages) in chronological order?
When was the Bible printed? it the printing date before or after the earliest written record?
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!
