Latin Manor Court record

I'd be grateful if somebody could translate this piece from Ashford in the Water Court from 1635.
I think it's a straightforward land deal by William Hayward to James Finney, but it would be nice to know what it says.
I can also see Ralph White's name in there, but it may just be the piece of land is next to his.

It's something like this:

To this Court came William Heyward on his own behalf and surrendered to the same Court into

the hands of the Lady of the Manor one rod of land lying above a certain Juger* called le Long rood(es) land of the Lady of the Manor

lying on the north side and of Ralph White on the south side and one other rod of land lying above a certain

Juger called ffynne leas land of the Lady of the Manor on the north side and of James ffinney on the south side to

the work and use of the aforesaid James ffinney his heirs and assigns forever To which James the Lady by

her Steward granted the aforesaid premisses with seisin thenceforth by the rod according to the custom of the manor

aforesaid to have and to hold the aforesaid premisses to the aforesaid James ffinney his heirs and assigns forever according

to the custom of the manor aforesaid by the rents and services thence formerly due and of right accustomed  And

he gave to the Lady concerning a fine iiijd, made fealty and was admitted as tenant

It's a Curia p(ar)va Baron(is)? on 14 January in 11 Charles I (1635-36).

I'm not sure whether the parva (= little) alters the type of Court?

“The terms small court and great court [curia parva/magna] are sometimes used as alternatives to court baron and court leet ... The court baron was the court of the chief tenants of the manor and most often included the business of the court customary of the bond or villein tenants.” (Denis Stuart, Manorial Records, 1992, p. 3).

Yes, according to Stuart, quoted above, curia parva (small court) = curia baronis (court baron).
