Looking for my grandfather's burial place

I wonder if anyone can help me find the burial place of my grandfather please. I have been searching for this for some time but have not had any luck. His name is William Dudley and he died in Newington Workhouse, Westmoreland Road on the 5th July 1918.  I know this because I obtained his entry in the Discharge Record for this Workhouse from the LMA. The Registration District on his death certificate is Southwark and the sub district is Newington South. The burial will almost certainly be a pauper burial.
The records I have searched or had searched are as follows:-

Lambeth Archives (Minet Library) Lambeth Cemetery Registers June 1913 - 1922
Norwood Cemetery - 19th February 1915 to 16th Aug 1919
Brookwood Register of Burials - April 1913 to June 1920
Camberwell Old Cemetery
Nunhead Burial Records April 1915 to December 1918
Streatham Park Cemetery
Wandsworth Cemetery
Battersea New Cemetery (Morden)
St. Mary's Cemetery
Putney Lower Common Cemetery
Putney Vale Cemetery and Crematorium
Kensington & Chelsea Cemetery
Brompton Cemetery
Kensal Green Cemetery

I have also asked Southwark Local Studies library for help - no reply received yet and the LMA and Surrey History Centre.

Does anyone know which cemetery had the contract for burying the dead from this workhouse in this period?

Wow, speedy or what?

Is this the most likely burial register for deaths in Newington Infirmary? Are these records indexed, or did you look under date, jonw65? I ask because I have long looked for the burial of a great grandfather Ralph James Dunn b ca 1807/8. Last known address 1861 9 Saunders St, Lambeth; his widow married in 1868. I have posted before about his death/burial.

To be truthful, I don't know if it is the most likely place. I would have thought maybe Brookwood, but could be wrong. And we don't know who arranged William's burial.
But, certainly in the late 1800s and later I have come across quite a number of burials of Southwark folk at the City of London Cemetery. So it is well worth looking at those registers. Sadly they are not indexed though.

Josie, have you tried a search on deceasedonline? They have quite a few London cemeteries.

I've found a register of deaths at Newington Workhouse. Perhaps too late for you, and it doesn't cover July 1918 either. There may be others about perhaps.
But they are either buried at Woking (Brookwood), or "Taken out" (so probably then William Dudley was buried by friends/family)
