Here is the Canadian passenger list with the Horton family.  James aged 14 years is Henry James on the Canada Ocean form 30a

From the dates/information that you found....
Obituary for William Herbert in the Globe and Mail newspaper on Oct 3 1989.  He died on Sept 30 1989.  Husband of Joan Beryl.  Father of G J and his wife L, and P M and his wife B.  4 grandchildren are also named.

Reginald Horton's obituary in both the Toronto Star and the Globe and Mail papers on Nov 10/11 1993.

He died at Grace Hospital, Toronto on Nov 9, 1993. In his 84th year. Husband of Jean.  Father of B and his wife B, J and his wife D.  Grandfather of 5 named children (who I won't list here - because they are likely still living) and the late Timothy,  Great grandfather of a named little girl.  Interment Elmwood Cemetery, Markham.

Obituary for Ethel Horton (wife of Edward William Horton)...in Toronto Star, Nov 15 2003 page B6.  She died in Guildwood on Nov 5 2003.  Wife of the late Edward William.  Mother of B and her husband P Kitchen, E and his wife D, and the late Carol (husband B Young).  Grandmother of 9, great grandmother of 7, great great grandmother of 4.  Sister of Raymond, Howard, Donald, Robert, Hazel and the late Grace and Myrtle.
