Not sure if this is the correct marriage for William Phillips & Harriet Hughes as it’s after births of
their sons William & John Robert Phillips

Was young William listed on 1861 census twice I wonder?

A William Phillipps 11 born Portsea is living with a William and Ann Hughes at Durley, Hampshire in 1861.   Like young Williams' mother Harriet, William Hughes was born in Bishopstoke so perhaps brother and sister??
