[DERBYSHIRE] SHAWCROFT FAMILY late 19th century

I'm Doug.

I've been looking for data about a Shawcroft family that lived in Derbyshire during the late 19Th century.

I just found a message from a lady in the UK on a very old account I no longer use, she told me her Great Grand Mother was a former Shawcroft, and that her Brother (my great grandfather), left the UK to live in South America. But the last letter they received was dated about 100 years ago, and they ever wonder his whereabouts after that. The problem is this lady sent this message around 3 yrs ago and I have no idea how to possibly contact her. Of course, I replied immediately but I have no guaranty she will ever read it.

So if any of you happens to know something about a male Shawcroft that left the UK around the mentioned time or if even happen to know (or be) the person I'm talking about, please contact me.
