Kiltaglassan, hallmark and myluck! Thank you, thank you and thank you  ;D

You have confirmed my theory and went beyond, giving me the evidence I was missing. There is another John Friary in my G.G.Grandfather's timeline, who I nick-named Boglane John due to where he was living in the 1901 census. With him living in the same area and being around 10 years older, it was hard to separate the two when it came to records, especially with the amount of mistakes and inconsistencies I've picked up in some records.

Again, thank you for your help- it's very much appreciated.

Glad you made progress....forgot to say if they lived in other Reg Districts in Cavan you can get the other Districts on   https://www.swilson.info/regdistmap.php

Just click first dropdown box and Select Cavan, or whatever County you need.
