Touch of Latin anyone?

Hi good folks of translation town, I have a bit of hairy heavily abbreviated Latin from the bottom of an inventory. Any help appreciated.

This inventory was submitted on the thirteenth day of the month of [...] in the year of the Lord one thousand seven hundred [...] by Master William Jones, [Notary] Public, the named procurator for the executor, as a true, full and perfect inventory etc., subject however to addition etc., if etc.
