Hi,
I am reading "Circulatory failure. Myocardial ??. Arteriosclerosis. Certified" Can make out word after Myocardial.. could it be disease?? But it looks like a dot over an i 2nd last letter..

I also believe it is "disease".  That stray dot is a wayward dot from the i in disease.

I am wondering if the word in question is chronic.  I think I can see a dotted i as second last letter . . . .  It would still make sense.
