A note that may help with your Brock/Holland research.  My tree goes back as far as a Thomas Brock who married Isabella Loutit.  I don't have any specific information about where Thomas and Isabel lived. They had 6 children - Elspeth, Margaret, Euphan, James,Janet and Isobel. I am descended from Margaret who married John Miller.  One of Margaret and John's daughters, Euphemia, married John Brodie.  This Brodie family worked on the Holland Farm on Stronsay and a few of them are buried in the small cemetery adjacent to the Holland Farm.
