Hi there,

I have Canal Boat people in my tree too. My Edgingtons originally came from Bidford Upon Avon, WAR but moved to Dudley. They seemed to live part of the time on their boats and part of their time in Bidford / Dudley.

They married into the Houghton family of Bidford also Canal Boat people. They seem to move to Rowley.
