It seems that Frederick Loveridge may have been a coffin bearer at his paternal uncle James’ funeral in 1931...

Hi Kjoy,

I would really love to chat with you, as I think we're both following similar lines - Isaac's father William was the older brother of my Great Great Grandfather, George Loveridge. As regards the two boys, and why they were separated, I contacted one of the orphanages and they were able (at a price) to pass on scans of all the correspondence they'd had regarding the admission (in this case, of Frederick).  I'm very happy to discuss, and pass on all the info and documents I have, but it's such an involved story I'm not sure this is the place!  I'm also in touch with one of Albert Loveridge's grandchildren, who I know is delighted to get in touch with other family members.  If you'd like to chat further, maybe drop me a message on this site?  Look forward to hearing from you.
