Yes 10 children, 8 made it to adulthood. A lot of them came to live in the UK.

Wow, this makes my own tree look quite tame.  I know that Ivy Standford Doeg came to live in Surrey as her son is my neighbour's Uncle and ironically he was captured during WW2 in the same place and on the same day as my father.

There is a family history that Sydney and Katie’s son Stan wrote, it’s based largely on the 8 surviving children of the second marriage but I think it may have some info on parents and grandparents. Interested? Also I have a copy of a photo somewhere that has two ladies we couldn’t identify wondered if they were Ivy and Lily.
