Hi all I have information on family tree that goes back a while a go but have few missing spots they are all deceased. Needing any info of dob deaths or kidsif anyone can shed some light

Martha, William and Arthur readily found on 1911 Census with 2 older siblings born pre 1899 marriage. Cannot post details - policy.

There are many men named William TEW.
How do you know that one of them is your ancestor?

Possible - birth registration for William Tew - March quarter 1869 - Ware Registration District = mother's maiden name Chalkley.

Marriage Ware Registration District - September quarter 1867 - William Tew and Martha Chalkley

1881 Census - RG11/1394 folio 79 page 34 - Enfield - William - 31, Martha - 30, and William - 12.  All born Ware.
Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.

Sue because one of distant family memebers started a family tree but dont have all the details yet for rest of them as william tew is partner of Maria trundle which his parents is william tew 1807 and mother maria gilby 1805 so have some details and some none

So, there is a marriage - Ware Registration District - 1869 - William Tew and Maria Trundel/Trundell on the same page.

William Joseph Tew - birth registration 1870 - Ware - mother's maiden name = Trundell
Alice Rose Tew - 1873 - mmn = Trundell
Mercy Tew - 1877 - mmn = Trundell
Agnes Louisa Tew - 1880 - mmn = Trundell

1881 census - RG11/1403 folio 59 page 3 - Standon:  Maria is a widow aged 30 - all the children are with her, plus a lodger - Frederick Warman, aged 24.

Possible death of William Tew - 1877 - Ware Registration District - aged 28
