FreeBMD has entries:
marriage - Nicholas Lomas HIORNS, Sep qtr 1858 St Thomas, Devon vol 5b p107
death - Nicholas Lomas HIORNS, Mar qtr 1870 St Thomas, Devon vol 5b p36 age 50

It could be worth seeing if this is him (despite the spelling variant)

ADDED
FamilySearch has: Nicholas Lomas HIORNS baptised 7 Mar 1819 St Michael, Maccelesfield (Cheshire) son of William and Jane.

Good find!

When I looked at FreeBMD for the marriage there are 3 male and two female names on the page.  Given the census record it is probable (but not certain) that the bride was Elizabeth NEIL.

Philip

It was Elizabeth Neill. They married in Littleham 24 July 1858. His father was William Hiorns, Agent. Her father was William Neill, Engineer. Nicholas' sister Sarah was one of the witnesses and he actually signed as Hiorns.
