To Kiltaglassen:   When I found a marriage inLDS Pilot site of REBECCA  to JAMES DUNLOP....it DID say she was Rebecca ROBERTSON, daughter of Henry ROBERTSON,  and they married  Nov 26, 1868 in Mullafad….but I was told that   often ROBINSON and ROBERTSON have been interchanged.

I also found James Dunlop,  single, son of John Dunlop, married Rebecca Robinson, single, daughter of Henry Robinson on Nov 26, 1868 in Mullafad, Co. Fermanagh.  Source: Ireland Select Marriages  1619-1898, page 159 #50.
Thanks anyways.   So there was no real problem with the name change.    Joker.

Did Mgt McCoy have any siblings?

Joseph? Caroline? Liz? Richard?

Yes, Margaret had a number of siblings that I have found...Samuel, Richard, Elizabeth(Bessie), Esther (Essy), Sarah,  David, Mary Ann.  Thanks very much.

Elizabeth (Bessie) married John (son of John) Dunlop on July 22, 1862 in Milford, Ireland.
Richard married Margaret Cassidy Jan 5, 1850, Mullaghfad.
Caroline m. Robert (son of John) McCoy in 1850 in Ballinode, Tedavnet Parish, Monaghan.
Essy m. Thomas Cassidy on April13, 1865 Registry Office in Monaghan.
Samuel m. "Armagh Wright" circa 1840.     Immigrated to Canada
David m.  Matilda Emerson on March 19, 1856 in Clones, Monaghan.
I have NOT FOUND marriages for either Sarah,  or for Margaret Ann (who married Henry Robinson).

Thanks again.   Joker.

Handier if you say what you already have.  If you look to my other messages today, I have listed all Margaret's siblings...(If that is what you are looking for).   Or can I send you a private message?

I've been looking for marriage information for years, without luck, along with BIRTH of their daughter Rebecca Robinson, who married James Dunlop in 1868 in Mullaghfad.

I think there's a slight problem here  ???

James Dunlop married Rebecca Robertson in 1868 in Mullaghfad. Her father was William (Wm) Robertson.

Kiltaglassen:    The Irish Civil Record shows her father as Hy,   the short form of Henry, which he is shown as on his death.  I have actually wondered if his name WAS William Henry? (which was his 2nd son's name).      Where did you find "William"....? Jorker.

Debra  :) thank you for also confirming that the Marriage for Rebecca and James was Henry, too.  That was his name, which I have always had, form Irish Civil Records too.    I actually wondered if his name was William Henry as his 2nd son was called that.   joker.
