Commonwealth War Graves Commission would like to contact relatives of Sapper Frank Sylvester Williams who died 7 July 1918 Kent. Aged 46 years - Birth registered quarter 4 Dec 1872
Frank Silvester Williams - Merthyr T. 11a 388 - baptism 26 November 1872

Regiment/Service: Royal Engineers, 12th Coy. Inland Water Transport.
Son of George and Selina Williams. Born at Merthyr Tydfil.

The private memorial marking the grave of Sapper Frank Sylvester Williams no longer provides adequate commemoration. The commission is in the process of producing a headstone to mark his grave.

Selina Williams died 17 January 1935 Mertyr Tydfil - probate 7 February 1935 Llandaff. Probate to Oscar Sylvester Williams - Jeweller -

George Williams 1840 - died quarter 4 1922 - 11a 716 Merthyr Tydfil.

Birth was 6 November 1876. Married Quarter3 0f 1908 Hereford to Winifred Irvine Townsend.

Winifred Irvine Williams died 14 April 1973  Circus Merthyr Tydfil- probate 12 June 1973 Oxford.


Oscar Kenneth Williams - son of Winifred and Oscar.
