Hello all - wonder if someone can help me?
I have a relative buried in Manor Park Cemetery.  Her name: Rose Eliza Payne and in 1940 she was buried in Grave Number 679, Square 98.
My question is, "is there anyway I can find out if she is in a Private or a Public Grave"   I have a copy of the register entry and there is no indication of any family member in which the grave is registered which makes me think it must be a Public (Common) grave, but I am not certain.
Thank you.

Welcome to rootschat

That burial is on Deceased online which normally indicates on the search result if there are other people in the same grave.

Hi and welcome from me too...the ones I have that are in public graves are annotated as such in the margin of the burial register, another one says "Full" which I presume to be a public grave too.

Thanks for the responses.
I have another relative buried in Manor Park.  Via Deceased on Line, I was given the option to buy and view the Grave details and the 19 other burials in the same plot.  It was simple to see that relative was in a Public Grave.

However, with Rose Eliza Payne, I have only the option to view her Burial Register entry - which  I bought.  There is no-one on the same page as her with the same grave number.
I know this does not mean she is in a private grave, but it is odd there are no other grave details...

There is an administration (No will) index for Rose Eliza Payne (spinster) on the Probate index .
Her Estate was £163. 1s 5d  I would doubt she was in a public grave
