Not related to you question about the farm in Australia and you may already have this but on the children's birth Certs (James, Ellen, John and Michael) the address is Kilnamona in Tipperary. Frederika which I assume is Winifred the address is Ballywilliam about 2km south of Kilnamona.

Thank you Yes I am aware of that but want to find out how he arrived here to live on a dairy farm in the Darling Downs

Various electoral roll entries show him at Westbrook in the 1880s - Toowoomba Queensland.
