No Ann Wyllie on 1901 Census.
No. The commonest spelling seems to be Wylie.

I have found Anna in the 1901 census as Anna Waterson, with her second husband and her two youngest sons by Alexander Wyllie.

Does anyone happen to know which graveyard(s) the Wyllies and Irwins at Cummin/Cumeen and the Tooeys and others in urban Sligo would most likely have been buried in?

This tree has them miles away from Sligo, way down at Toomour !

https://en.geneanet.org/fonds/individus/?go=1&nom=TOOEY&place__0__=Toomour&size=50

https://www.logainm.ie/en/2149  Toomour

I know there are Irwins buried there as I photograph some headstones when I visit graveyards instead of just looking and walking away, often about 20 photos while having a coffee.

While coming back from Sligo I saw a sign for Emlaghfad Cemetery in Toomour so went up sideroad to it... took some photos

How accurate that tree is I don't know
but if it is accurate I would say quite possibly Emlaghfad
