Philip Evans and Ann ? Probably in Eaton Bishop
« on: Sunday 18 August 19 03:24 BST (UK) »
Hi,
I'm looking for the maiden name of Ann who married Phillip Evans on 26 July 1816 at St Nicholas,  Hereford. I believe she was a widow, married name Watkins.
If anyone could shed any light on this, her maiden name and her first marriage to an unknown Mr Watkins I would be grateful.
Phillip and Ann had a daughter Elizabeth born 1817 and baptised in Eaton Bishop  on 6 April 1817.
I don't know the birth dates of either Phillip or Ann.  I have found a tree that gives birth dates as 1750 for Phillip and 1761 for Ann but this would make then about 66 and 55 when Elizabeth is born so I'm not sure about them.!! If these dates are correct then Phillip could have also been widowed before his marriage to Ann.
Many thanks for any help.

Daughter Elizabeth married in Eaton bishop in 1843, I think this is her in the 1841 in this household,
Ann is possibly Philips mother.
