When did Ann Pow die in Tasmania?

I have the following details; can anyone find more for me please?

Jacob Pow baptised 26 Jan 1803 At St Swithen, Walcot, Bath, Somerset.
On the 22 Sep 1823 he was in York Prison, Gosport Hants waiting to be sent to Tasmania.
6 Jun 1824 to 27 Jul 1824 shipped to Tasmania. Jacob Pow died 25 May 1853 in New Norfolk Tasmania, Australian Colonies.

Ann Smith born ca. 1811 in Southwark, Surrey was shipped to Tasmania 11 Apr 1832 to 10 Aug 1832.

The couple married 1 Feb 1836 in Hobart, Tasmania - Marriage Permission date: 11 Dec 1835
Smith Ann - Ship free Hydery - Convict No. 223 - Free Certificate No. 389, Pow Jacob - Ship free Chapman.

Can anyone find out when Ann Pow died and if they had any children?

Can't see any registered births for the couple. Ann's conduct record says that in 1838 she absented herself from her husband's premises and was found in the house of William Tivey.

The 1848 census shows that Ann was not residing with Jacob by then.
