You can view Catherine Johnson's will on FindMyPast - Staffordshire Diocese of Lichfield and Coventry Wills and Probate 1521-1860.

Did William die at Newbold, Derbyshire in 1838, and said to be of Chesterfield?  If so then his will is also available at FindMyPast.
Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.

Hi Bumbleb, I am not a member so cannot read will, would you down load it for me, also Catherine Johnson died july 1852 I understand is at Stafford as well.
