I am looking for the origins the NOTT / KNOTT's of Reading

I have a Thomas Knott  (abt 1645-1745) who married Sarah ? I am unsure about the details.
But they had a son John Knott born (abt 1670-1735).

John Knott lived in Reading and married Sarah (surname and location unknown).

John Knott Will dated 10 May 1725
John Knott Tailor of Reading left His wife Sarah as Executor
Sarah Knott wife of Joseph Chandler one Shilling
Mary Knott wife of William Weedon one Shilling
Sarah Knott spinster one Shilling
John Knott 50% share of all other property, balance upon mothers death

Children to the above Will.
Sarah Knott (b. abt 1702- ) in Reading m. Joseph Chandler 8 Apr 1722
Mary Knott (b. abt 1705- ) in Reading m. William Weedon.
Elizabeth Knott (b. abt 1705- ) in Reading m. ?
John Knott (b. abt 1706-1781) in Reading m. Ann Mechant/Meachant 22 Dec 1727


John Knott Will dated 20th May 1780 and proved 2nd May 1781
He left;

1]. Wife Ann Knott household goods including furnature, Plate, China and Linen; also clothes, liquors and ffining.
    at her decease the residue to be given to John Knott Page [grandson]
2]. Daughter Elizabeth Page [widow] to keep any household goods of John Knott found in her household.
3]. Ann Knott [Wife] and Daughter Elizabeth Page [widow] to be Executors as long as one shall survive; for all
    properties, rent, government securities and dividends in trust for grandchildren to maintain and deal with the
    letting of etc. To benefit of the income there of.

5].  Four properties to be given to John Knott Page or his heirs*
     {* if no survivor to be shared in common with other grandchildren ie.,
     Mary wife of Charles Bruwell/Benwell(?) of Reading an upholsterer;
     Elizabeth wife of George Dias of Little Bell(?) Alley, Coleman Street, London - Brofer ,
     and Ann Page [spinster]}
6a]. To pay John Knott Page £400.
6b]. To pay William, Mary, Elizabeth and Ann any residue of the Estate equally.
