Looking for death record in faversham

My gggrandfather John gates was born 5 Apr 1866 in Hollingbourn and married Sarah Ann Pearson in 1884. He died after 1939, but I can’t find out when? Please help.

If that is him he left a will and his name was John Walker Gates died 28 Mar 1955

No that’s not him. He had no middle name!

In that case then it looks like either he did not die in Kent or the age at death is registered wrong

Hi .There is a Possibility most probable as Teynham is very close to Faversham.

John Gates of 30, Nightinggale Road Faversham

Born 1866  Died 1941 .
 
Buried March 20th 1941    Age 75     at  St Mary's Teynham.

Just for good measure this is Probably his wife.

Sarah Ann Gates ,of 16 Orchard View Teynham
Bn   1862  Died 1938
Buried  05 Jan 1938  Teynham, St Mary

Here he is in 1939.
 John Gates Bn 05 Apr 1865 Widowed   General Farm Labourer
    at 30 Nightingale Road Faversham.

         Looks like he's living with his Son, John and  Edith and their son Albert,
          since his Wife Sarah died.
