I was just looking at Frank Bayliss in Smethwick but he isn’t a butcher.

Thank you all for your help, and now I have seen all the census's. I really believe that it is him in 1901 with the Elson family and also him in 1911 living in Kingsbury saying born Kings Heath only a stone throw from Kings Norton so he could have been born there and also living very close to Water Orton where he eventually married. I don't know where the Fisher name came from because I can't yet find his mother marrying a Fisher between 1891 and 1899 when Francis was born or after.

I believe that Frank H Baylis(s) was his father and Elizabeth Hunt was his mother. If I could have found her in 1901 or 1911 with a Fisher it would be easier to understand.

Yes Eva married Frederick on 22/12/1934 at Water Orton and then Eva died in 1945 and Frederick married again 2/2/1946 Emily Paxton(Mogg) at Water Orton.
