Meaning of "sworndodo" in coroners record

Hi, looking at Coroners record and my relatives name is followed by sworndodo. Can anyone tell me what this means? Thanks.

 My immediate thought was that "dodo" might be the abbreviation for ditto ditto , referring to the line above perhaps ?

Yes I thought that too "ditto" but as suggested a copy of it would be helpful.

The phrase is used throughout the records and my relative is listed on one line with his name followed by occupation and then followed by sworn do do.

The do do could be dittos for the date the oath was sworn, either way it means the evidence they gave was sworn,  possibly rather than being present at the hearing.
