So any ideas where I should look next. I was going to come over to Roscommon but I believe it's quite a huge county and would need to narrow it down.

I wouldn't set off just yet.  ;)

Other people might have a look here and come up with some ideas.

Did they marry in a Catholic Church? The parish record might (only might) give a bit more information.
Are the witness names any help?

If you use the information on Death Cert... and then the Parish Registers you might find something..

Yes it was a Catholic Church in Huddersfield, the witness names mean nothing. I have been trying to send a pic of the marriage certificate but it's saying it's too large to send.
