On https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/civil-search.jsp

which is the Irish Govt website that gets one Free BDM Certs

there is a Marriage of a Martin Conway to Mary

also a Birth of a James to this couple BUT it does not have an Image of Cert online at moment.

I attach their Marriage Cert.

I then did a Search on https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/civil-search.jsp as attached

there are a few siblings for this James but as you see you get variations in the spelling of mother's maiden name!

Link to these...

I haven't posted direct Links to each one so as I know the pleasure I got of finding new records and adding them to tree and it will help one get familiar with website.

One has date of Marriage so amend search years for Births to 1900 etc or Martin's birth, Marriages of siblings or Death of Parents by adjusting Search criteria accordingly!

There is a Captcha to solve then use initials to sign in... all part of same Website

Good hunting!

A published tree has his parents as Martin Conway and Mary Munnelly but no confirmation of records.
I think that surname might link to Hallmark’s links.

Is that the kind of information you are searching?

Possibly your James in 1911 - nephew to Michael and Mary McGrath

http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Mayo/Knocknalower/Gortbrack/710369/

In a search as advised by hallmark for McGrath children, there is a Michael b 1881 with mother Conway in the same townland.

one can find BDM's for all people found on Census posted etc by altering Search criteria posted accordingly.
