All I have found are births on freebmd which you can look up yourself by searching just using her married surname and her maiden surname.  The death was December qtr 1992 Vol 14 Page 1352

I can only see 3 possible children of your aunt on freebmd searching using surnames and nothing else as  suggested.  The only way of confirming that they are hers is by buying certificates.  I have not found a marriage for her.

There is also an entry for her on the probate calendar in 1993 https://probatesearch.service.gov.uk/#wills

It was FindMyPast, Ancestry also have it.
Not surprising, since both FindMyPast and Ancestry mirror the information on FreeBMD :)
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.

Sorry, I have just seen that there is a death registered in 1992 Redbridge Reg District Essex for a Catherine Caldwell Azam with date of birth 3 October 1944
There is a probate entry for this death and it includes a will.
