I think the crime does read Abduction. Letters before, I think word start with C (see word County above). Possibly h next and that is all I can see. First word abbreviated? Tempted to think Child Abduction...as a complete guess.

Re sentence, possibly 9 to 9 years and 6 months? We know he showed back in the household in Maria for the 1915 census. His sentence likely was commuted?

You need someone who has experience on how these records were written up on these registers.
